Access is limited by organization, role, and family relationship. Public pages show only information intended for public viewing; player profiles, contact details, attendance, and medical notes are protected workflows.

We retain records only as needed for program operations, safety, reporting, and legal obligations. Parents and guardians can ask the program team to correct information or explain how a record is connected. Do not share a magic link, password, or private player information with an automated service unless the program team has explicitly authorized that workflow.
